Property plans for the financier's secluded tropical island featured within the images.
Additionally included in this new document disclosure appears to be a site plan for Great St James island, found in the American territory.
The financier purchased a more modest island - the Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but later purchased the more expansive adjacent island in the year 2016 for around $22.5 million.
These photos indicate he had formulated ambitious plans to develop the substantial island by building living quarters, an amphitheatre, an office beneath the waves and a pool.
Visible on the drawing is a local waterway, a waterway in the region, marked on the south-eastern section.
This development map is covered in notations in red and features a legend labelling distinct parts of the estate.
Accompanying this are what appear to be several other property layouts and construction drawings, such as layouts for boat shelters.
Further images released as part of the continuing investigative disclosure.
